The Communicable Disease Rules, which had been updated via Emergency Rule in December 2004 are now finalized. Rules 325.172 and 325.173 have been updated. To access the complete set of rules please go to the state's Emerging Diseases Website at www.michigan.gov/emergingdiseases.
